Emanuel Grigoras is a Project Manager with an extensive experience in IT, HR and Legal projects.
During the last three years he managed a series of web projects, websites and knowledge portals, among which are: www.talentgate.ro (web based career orientation for young graduates), www.kfi.ro, www.brainbank.ro, next to a series of direct executive search and middle-management recruitment project and also a project about the use of VSN (Virtual Social Networks) in executive search for Leadership Development Solutions in Romania. Emanuel participated also in the setting-up phase of the new Talent Gate Company, definition of business strategy, online promotion, design and structuring of informational content.
One of the independent projects developed in the area of human capital consultancy is the Organizational Behavior and Leadership E-zine (www.organizationalbehaviorleadership.com).
Before focusing on Human Capital and IT projects, Emanuel worked for six years as a legal advisor and legal manager for a number of companies in Romania, gaining a broad knowledge of the mergers & acquisitions segment, as a recognized expert in the privatization process. During his career in the field of law he developed excellent negotiating skills and has a history of winning cases for the clients he represented in various Courts up to the Supreme Court of Justice. He advised and participated in business strategy decisions for companies going through change management processes, negotiation and development of real-estate projects.
Emanuel Grigoras was born in Bacau, Romania and graduated with an MBA from HEC Lausanne (l’Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de l’Universite de Lausanne), Switzerland in 2006. He also has a Bachelor Degree in Law (1998) from the University Alexandru Ioan Cuza, Iasi, Romania and in 2009 he obtained the Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification offered by PMI (Project Management Institute).
