		<description>I did not mention any of the aspects important in obtaining success. I believe that coo-petition is more important than competition. I did not mentioned the relation between the colleagues, but I tried to emphasize the importance of peers, bosses or subordinates (collectively known as colleagues) and the help you can give to them by motivation and support in going through their learning curve.</description>

Second, you didn`t mention about other aspects also as important as obtaining the success, such as relations between the colleagues. Let`s say that all i want is success and during my &quot;trip&quot;... you might get fired. Why? Because i don`t care about you, or your abilities... . If, in my journey, you`ll get buried, what would you say?</description>
