Organizational Behavior and Leadership E-zine
Organizational Behavior and Leadership E-zine is the online review of fundamental knowledge about organizational behavior, leadership, organizational development and business strategy.
Most of the scientific research finds its way to interested owners of small or medium-size companies late or never. A study takes one or two years at least to be finished and another year to get confirmed by the researcher’s peers in professional publications.
More than once I read articles in Harvard Business Review or others business publications and find it useful to advice my friends by passing the ideas through the filter of experience.
You should gain from this e-zine:
- Understanding about how the rules and regulation of an organization affect the values of a human being
- Awareness about the necessity of leadership as a process that completes the gaps of the organizational systems
- Insights on how to make money by mixing your company quest for profit with the pursuit of happiness of your employee
Enjoy your reading and if you have strong ideas and experience to share leave a comment on the editor page. The main principle is CTC – Cut the Crap.
